2026 Assessment

Dear Summerwood Residents,

The 2026 HOA assessment has been set as follows:

Assessment Amounts

• First quarter, January through March 2026: $182.00
• Monthly: $73.33, starting April 1, 2026
• Quarterly: $200.20, starting April 1, 2026
• Annual total: $782.60

Payment Schedule

Assessments can be paid online or by mail. Monthly payments are due on the first day of each month. Quarterly payments are due on the first day of each quarter.

These payments help cover community vendor services and contribute to the reserve fund, which supports the maintenance, repair, and replacement of community amenities.
