We’re thrilled to invite all residents to participate in our Inaugural 2025 Summerwood Fall Festival, taking place right here in our own community. Please join us on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 1:00 – 5:00 PM for an afternoon of family fun, food, and festivities.

Each subdivision — Summerwood Lane, Caskadilla, and Madrillon — will feature activities, food trucks, and entertainment for all to enjoy. The day will be highlighted by two live, one-hour performances from the Allure Band!

We’ll also be hosting a Trunk or Treat for the kids — so encourage your little ones to wear their favorite costumes! Adults, we’d love for you to decorate your car trunks or porches and help hand out candy. This is a wonderful way for our children to trick-or-treat safely while meeting neighbors across the community.

Festival highlights include:
 Family relay races (2 rounds)
 Face painting for kids
 Pumpkin patch & decorating
 Trunk or Treat
 Live music from the Allure Band
 Food vendors and more!
